Job Description

Operations Coordinator Hamptons Swim Nashville, TN Hamptons Swim is a luxury mobile swim school located in the Hamptons and NYC. We are looking to hire an Operations Coordinator in the TN area (where the owner and director reside) to assist. Hampton Swim’s high season is Memorial Day to Labor Day. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage office functions efficiently while providing exceptional support to staff and clients. We service clients throughout the Hamptons and NYC. The position available is for a part-time contract operations coordinator. Given this is a contract position and we cater to the needs and schedules of our clients, we cannot guarantee a set amount of weekly hours. We are looking to hire an experienced, dedicated, and fun coordinator who is committed to helping grow our swim community and create an impact. Roles & Responsibilities:

Weekdays and some weekends (7:45am – 11:45am CT) Answer Google Voice Calls and communicate with new and existing clients Monitor email inbox providing any assistance needed Communicate with the Director of Operations, instructors and lifeguards about scheduling Learn how to use our scheduling system proficiently Tracking data using Google Sheets and Google Docs Processing payments for completed appointments Requirements are: Live in the middle TN area 2+ years administrative experience is a plus Access to transportation Dependable, respectful, punctual, easy-going personality Limited in person meetings with the owner and/or director during high season
