Nashville, TN About the Position Our client, a leader in commercial construction , is seeking a Regional Scheduler for overseeing project scheduling activities across large or small-scale projects. This senior-level role will be responsible for assembling, analyzing, and preparing project schedules and reports that support efficient planning, design, procurement, and construction. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Primavera 6 , ERP cost management tools , and a strong understanding of construction processes. Essential Job Duties Create conceptual schedules with minimal input from the project team, refining schedules in collaboration with the team. Develop baseline schedules using properly sequenced work activities and monitor project timelines. Oversee all project scheduling activities, providing status updates , forecasts , and reports . Develop project schedule layouts with the project team, including alternate schedules and progress measurements . Review and critique Vendor and Subcontractor monthly schedule updates, ensuring accuracy. Understand logistical needs for project execution and make recommendations for improvements. Work with project managers and discipline leads to identify delays , improvement areas, and recommend workaround plans . Perform other duties as requested by project management . Skills and Experience 7-10 years of experience in industrial or commercial construction . Expertise in Primavera 6 and ERP cost management tools . Strong proficiency in Excel , Word , and scheduling programs. Strong problem-solving , analytical , and organizational skills . Ability to prioritize tasks and pay attention to detail. Strong understanding of construction disciplines . B.S. Degree in Construction Management , Engineering , or Business Administration is preferred . Requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong prioritization and organizational abilities. Well-rounded base of knowledge in construction practices and schedule management .
