Scheduling Coordinator JAG Warner Productions Nashville, TN 37210 Scheduling Coordinator Full Time | Nashville, TN JAG Warner Productions is a Nashville based full-service audio-visual production company that specializes in live event production, full audio-visual system installations, and live entertainment venue staffing. We are looking for collaborative and motivated individuals to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

Create weekly venue staffing schedule for all venues Coordinate with AV technicians to cover and fill shifts as scheduling conflicts arise Schedule AV technicians for load in and load out, shop work, production events, and installs as needed Work with staffing venues to schedule AV technicians for special events Work with Production Coordinators to determine what AV technicians need to be onboarded to fill scheduling gaps Schedule AV technicians to train at specific venues Maintain special event and rental calendars On call to make scheduling adjustments as needed Assist the Controller with administrative tasks when requested

Qualifications:

Extensive organizational skills Ability to prioritize tasks Time management skills Effective communication skills Ability to learn and understand new software quickly Willingness to learn about the audio-visual production industry

Preferred Education:

Bachelor’s Degree Preferred Experience:

Experience in scheduling staff or booking talent Knowledge of the music industry
