Training for this position will take place at our North Knoxville location for the first two weeks. Shift hours are Monday-Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
Primary Responsibilities:
Schedule caregivers with clients and communicate updates effectively
Confirm and manage caregiver availability, including vacations and sick time
Match caregivers to clients based on skills and preferences
Onboard new caregiver hires with scheduling orientation
Build and maintain strong relationships with caregivers and clients
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
At least 1 year in a home care or healthcare setting preferred
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Skills:
Excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills
Traits:
Self-motivated, organized, eager to learn, and passionate about helping others
