Position Overview ServiceMax is currently searching for a Maintenance Scheduler-Planner/Administrator for our Chattanooga TN Corporate location. The position is responsible for scheduling/planning/administering all maintenance Work Order systems activities including corrective/reactive/planned project work/Coordinate Parts-Materials Procurement/Budget forecasts and work force implementation. This individual will work closely with the Maintenance Director and Staff, and Customer Contacts to develop continuing maintenance work schedules and operational plans. 95% of maintenance conducted is in package handling/sort operations/Conveyor system facilities. Must be industry and technologically adept and experienced. Practical experience and knowledge with various work order systems, mobile technology, and program applications (Microsoft/Apple iPads/iPhones & Android phones) Key Responsibilities Schedules and coordinates corrective and preventative maintenance activities with contracted customer sites (Package Handling Facilities) and other conveyor systems stake holders across multiple states. Ensures compliance with safety, environmental, and quality requirements for multiple sites in multiple States. Maximize appropriate administration and sourcing for both in-house Technicians and with strategic partners/subs. Develop effective short-term and long-range maintenance schedule(s) (per site) and modify the schedule for variations as required. Review work order scope/work order requests for completeness and budgeting prior to their introduction into the proposed field schedules and manage projects, supply/material needs according to site/customer priority. Maximize resource productivity by identifying and ensuring the supply of parts, materials, special tools, external services, and rental equipment are available for scheduled work/project dates. (Site & Project Management) Provide guidance/suggestions to improve effectiveness of maintenance programs, processes and procedures and ensure compliance to all policies and standards (and customers’ expectations) Work with work order data through computerized maintenance management systems (i.e., Service Channel, FM Pilot2, Go Canvas and other specific customer FM programs) Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work professionally with others at various levels (Field Technicians, Customer Liaison, Administrative Personnel, Partners/Subcontractors, Suppliers/Vendors). Assists in the coordination of Site Tech recruiting, training, supporting & managing; assist with manpower and contract resources with company management and support departments. Responsible for ensuring all PM’s/Correctives/Reactives are properly scheduled to meet compliance. Develop job site Technician schedules in conjunction with customer operations and available resources.
