Position Overview The Operations & Trading Associate supports our advisor partners and internal teams by executing trades, managing operational workflows, and ensuring smooth platform execution. You’ll use your attention to detail, technical abilities, and clear communication to help advisors effectively manage their clients’ retirement assets. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, learns quickly, and wants to build expertise in wealth management technology and advisory operations. Role Functions Execute trade requests promptly and ensure timely processing of transactions Monitor operational workflows to maintain accuracy in account processing Solve trading and operational issues in partnership with internal teams and advisors Help with client onboarding, including data validation and account setup Work with support, product, and development teams to improve processes Document client interactions and actions for consistent cross-team support Follow all regulatory and firm policies in operational tasks Communicate clearly with advisors, their clients, and colleagues Role Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or related field 1-3 years of experience in operations, trading, or wealth management (preferred but not required) Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to learn new systems quickly Professional written and verbal communication Proactive problem-solving approach Self-motivated with strong collaboration skills Preferred Skills & Experience Experience with portfolio trading or advisor investment platforms Familiarity with custodial platforms and trading workflows Knowledge of investment advisory operations Comfort with data analysis tools
