Project Control Specialist-Scheduling Duration:

March 3, 2025 – March 3, 2026 Job Description The Project Control Specialist, Scheduling is responsible forplanning, scheduling, and monitoring daily (online), refueling, andintegrated projects to ensure efficient project execution andadherence to nuclear risk management protocols. Key Responsibilities Develop work sequence structures to optimize resource allocation,outage constraints, and nuclear risk management. Analyze and track project status by comparing completed activitiesto schedules. Document project progress, process logic change requests, andcommunicate updates to stakeholders. Conduct schedule review meetings to address logic and resourcechallenges. Prepare detailed reports to monitor progress and identify potentialissues. Develop pre-outage plans for system schedules, startup/shutdownsequences, and major operational windows. Facilitate outage evaluation phases and implement lessons learnedfrom previous projects. Perform risk analysis to assess safety and technical adherencelevels. Interface with engineering, operations, maintenance, and seniormanagement to resolve scheduling constraints. Utilize scheduling software to generate performance reports andresource analysis formats. Preferred Qualifications & Skills Experience in project scheduling,risk analysis, and resource management in a nuclearenvironment. Proficiency in scheduling software and database management. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
