The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient office management, supervising staff, and providing administrative support to enhance productivity. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow. Manage schedules and coordinate appointments for staff and executives. Supervise front desk activities, including greeting visitors and managing incoming calls. Develop training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development. Handle vendor management, including negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships. Plan and organize company events, meetings, and conferences. Maintain office supplies inventory and order as needed. Implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency. Provide clerical support such as data entry, filing, and document preparation. Experience Proven experience in office management or a related administrative role. Strong background in clerical tasks with a focus on organization and detail. Experience in supervising staff and managing schedules effectively. Familiarity with vendor management practices is preferred. Skills in event planning are a plus. Proficient in using office software and technology to enhance productivity. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
