Requirements:

Having a background in manufacturing is beneficial. Ability to diagnose and solve quality issues effectively. Adept in team-oriented work settings. Work independently to complete tasks and meet deadlines. Exhibit decision-making skills to maintain smooth production flow. Reading and writing skills are necessary.

Physical Criteria:

Adhere to ADA, FMLA, and other applicable standards while performing essential functions. Commit to regular attendance in line with ADA and other standards. Stand and execute physical movements such as squatting, bending, and twisting as the job demands. Show proficiency in manual and mechanical tasks required by the role.
