Key Responsibilities:
Developing and maintaining production schedules: This includes creating daily, weekly, and monthly schedules, balancing resources, and considering production capacity.
Coordinating with departments:
Working closely with production teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment.
Monitoring production data:
Analyzing data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
Optimizing workflows:
Identifying and implementing improvements to the production process to maximize efficiency.
Problem-solving:
Addressing unexpected issues and adapting the schedule as needed.
Communication and reporting:
Communicating status updates, changes, and reports to relevant stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications:
Time management and organizational skills: Essential for creating and maintaining schedules and managing multiple projects.
Problem-solving and analytical skills:
Needed to identify and resolve production issues.
Communication and interpersonal skills:
