We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple responsibilities while delivering exceptional service to patients.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday:

11:00 AM – 7:00

PM EST Saturdays:

1-2 per month, 7:30 AM – 3:00

PM EST Remote Work and Occasional On-Site Key Responsibilities:

Manage high volumes of scheduling for multiple providers Verify dental insurance benefits and input data accurately into Eaglesoft Communicate clearly and professionally with patients via phone, text, and email Coordinate follow-up appointments and treatment plans Handle administrative tasks while maintaining a positive patient experience

Qualifications:

Experience with Eaglesoft is required Dental insurance knowledge and verification skills Excellent organization, communication, and multi-tasking abilities Self-motivated with strong attention to detail Prior experience in a remote dental setting is a plus 4+ Years Dental Experience Required Must Be A Tennessee Resident Ready to join a supportive and growing dental team? with your resume and a short summary of your dental scheduling experience.
