Full Job Description Scheduling Coordinator Responsiblities:
- Coordinate client schedules with Direct Support Professionals and Clients
- Recruit Direct Support Professionals based on Client needs and preferences
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding scheduling and questions about services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the system
- Collaborate with other members of the team and family members to maintain smooth flow and efficient scheduling
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing client information
Experience:
- Previous experience as a scheduling coordinator in a healthcare office setting is preferred
- Familiarity with healthcare systems is highly desired
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records
