Operations Coordinator – Internal Willowbranch Landscapes 4576 Joe Peay Road, Spring Hill, TN 37174 Willowbranch Landscapes is seeking an Internal Operations Coordinator to join our amazing team. Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Key Responsibilities Logistics/Facility Management:
- Oversee and route delivery drivers
- Monitor fuel tanks, dumpsters, and portable restrooms
- Ensure the shop is clean and orderly
- Coordinate the mowing and weed eating of grass
- Uphold the cleanliness of the entire property
Nursery:
- Monitor health of plants in nursery
- Maintain proper tagging and organization in the nursery
- Manage the extra plant inventory
Fleet:
- Schedule regular maintenance for trucks, trailers, and equipment
- Record all maintenance services and repairs
Inventory and Consignment :
- Manage irrigation consignment
- Oversee tool room inventory
- Perform tool inspections on all crew trucks
- Restock shelves as needed
- Prepare and fulfill orders
- Conduct regular cycle counts
- Handle and organize mulch deliveries, and monitor inventory levels Required/Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of landscaping, irrigation, plant care and nursery/inventory management a plus
- Physical capability to handle tasks such as heavy lifting and working outside in all weather
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
