Position:

Operational Support Specialist/Project Admin for a Life Safety and Low Voltage Company. ECT is a young, hungry, and faith-based revival of a longstanding Fire and Security brand in the South Eastern market. Based outside of Nashville, we currently operate in 17 states. We are focused on expanding that reach, and are on the hunt for the proper people to help us achieve that goal. Duties:

• Client and employee onboarding
• AIA, project, and recurring billing
• Light Bookkeeping
• Service level agreement origination
• Insurance compliance documentation
• Managing accounts receivable
• Assists in the planning and execution of project launches
• Organizing and submitting project closeout documentation
• Data entry
• Purchase order origination and shipment receiving
• Time sheet tracking

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years experience minimum
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Professional communication skills
• Impeccably organized
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong moral character
• Results oriented
• Ability to work well independently, as well as in a team setting
• Experience with all Microsoft applications
