Costello Equity Partners, our fast-growing property management company is looking for a Resident Relations & Operations Coordinator — a proactive, organized, and people-focused team member who thrives in both backend systems and front-facing resident interactions. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Resident Relations & Operations Coordinator located in Murfreesboro, TN. The coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day resident relations, handling customer service inquiries, and ensuring smooth operations of the apartment community. Tasks include coordinating maintenance requests, assisting with administrative duties, and supporting overall property management efforts.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee task completion across property management workflows Provide backend support within the customer portal and internal systems Communicate professionally with residents, addressing questions, concerns, and service requests Assist with leasing-related tasks, resident onboarding, and retention efforts Support the property management team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Operations Management experience Highly organized and detail oriented Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Proficient in Administrative Assistance tasks Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Tech-savvy with experience using customer portals or CRM tools Ability to work on-site in Murfreesboro, TN Experience in customer service, property management and/or real estate is a plus Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field is preferred
