Overview:
We’re seeking a proactive and organized junior-level team member to support a national Dream Home Giveaway program. This role provides operational, financial, and coordination support across multiple teams—helping ensure smooth execution of campaigns and builder partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Support:
Track project progress, compile reports, and assist with team workflows.
Builder Coordination:
Liaise with homebuilders during key construction phases and help manage new and transitioning markets.
Process Improvement:
Assist with mapping and streamlining operational processes and creating internal resources.
Financial Tracking:
Help with budgeting, invoice processing, and maintaining campaign financial records.
Training Support:
Coordinate quarterly team calls, contribute to SOPs, and help onboard new staff.
Media Coordination:
Support planning of media visits and coordinate on-site or virtual partner experiences.
Tech & Ticketing:
Assist with backend ticketing setup and manage campaign data systems.
Donor Recognition:
Maintain donor lists and assist with recognition materials (signage, letters, etc.).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of professional experience.
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel.
Experience supporting daily operations or managing small projects.
Occasional travel required.
Preferred (Not Required):
Exposure to construction or builder coordination is a plus.
