Role:
As a CBRE Finance Coordinator, you will assist with projects,implementations, and training sessions related to processimprovements. This job is part of the Financial Strategy and Operations jobfunction. They are responsible for maintaining accounting,financial, and reporting policies and controls.

This is an entry level position and is 100% in office at ourMemphis TN location. CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determinecompensation, including a candidate’s education, training, andexperience. The minimum salary for the Financial Ops Coordinatorposition is $37,000 annually and the maximum salary for theFinancial Ops Coordinator position is $38,000 annually. Thecompensation that is offered to a successful candidate will dependon the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
What You’ll Do:
Collect data on transactional activities including vendorinvoice processing. tax processing, lease administration, and cashreceipt applications. Evaluate identified process improvement initiatives. Troubleshoot and resolve basic inquiries and requests frominternal customers. Assist with implementing process improvements and providingresults to stakeholders. Respond to simple inquiries from internal customers. Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems whilehaving a limited opportunity to exercise discretion. Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks aredescribed in detail. Deliver own output by following defined procedures andprocesses under close supervision and guidance.
What You’ll Need:
High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-relatedexperience. Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in theapplication of work. Communication skills to exchange straightforwardinformation. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examplesinclude Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such aspercentages, discounts, and markups.
