We are seeking a Quality Operations Supervisor to sustain the firstlevel Quality Program across the domestic distribution operationsnetwork. This position will support a nationwide business offinished goods by buildinga culture of quality excellence with akeen focus on education, proactive assessments, right-sizedsolution development and inspection readiness. The position willpromote a Quality Management System across the domesticdistribution network and report to the Director of QualityOperations. This is an onsite position located in Memphis, TN. Position Description The Quality Operations Supervisor is responsible for building andsustaining the operations quality management system and associatedprocesses / procedures for a virtual wholesale distributionbusiness. The role will ensure that processes, procedures,analytics and technology are being leveraged to maximize qualityprocesses and compliance across the virtual wholesale distributionbusiness. This position will also be responsible for supporting thebusiness unit’s clinical trial business (pharmaceutical comparatorstudies).

Key Responsibilities:

Create operational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) toenhance operational efficiency and compliance with corporatepolicies and regulations Provide training to increase working knowledge of the QualityManagement System Establish format to assess for audit readiness Review and follow up on outstanding corrective and preventativeactions Support McKesson Operations Manual Evaluate improvement opportunities for virtual wholesaledistribution operations Support/Host regulatory inspections as needed Minimum Requirement Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevantexperience. Education 4-year degree in business or related field or equivalentexperience Critical Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills Experience working within a highly matrixed environment Knowledge of FDA, DEA, State Boards of Pharmacy and otherregulatory agencies Knowledge of wholesale distribution and/or pharmaceuticalmanufacturing Knowledge of Lean and six sigma principles Knowledge of Warehousing and Distribution Operations Additional Knowledge & Skills Technical writing experience (specifically SOP writingexperience) Experience hosting or supporting FDA or other regulatory agencyinspections Quality management system software experience Investigation and CAPA experience Internal audit experience Experience with training program management Comfort with ambiguity, ability to build effective workingrelationships with cross-functional stakeholders, and the abilityto influence without authority Proficient in fostering collaboration with stakeholders acrossvarious businesses and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-pacedenvironment Ability to manage multiple complex projects, prioritize tasksand meet tight deadlines Self-motivated and enthusiastic, a fast learner who canidentify challenges and propose effective solutions Proficient in Microsoft suite of products and willingness toembrace digital transformation technologies Physical Requirements General Office demands May require up to 25% travel We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package atMcKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
