Position Overview/Responsibilities for the

Media Operations Specialist:

• Build and manage digital ad campaigns in CM360 and IAS
• Upload, rename, and traffic creatives across platforms
• Create and maintain taxonomy, execution grids, and documentation
• Perform pre-launch and post-launch QA to ensure campaign accuracy
• Wrap tags and set up tracking to enable attribution and performance analysis
• Manage audience changes and platform-level updates
• Pause/swap creative as needed and maintain campaign integrity
  Required Skills for

Media Operations Specialist:

• 1-3 years of professional experience in some form of Paid Media
• Proficient with Excel including Vlookups, pivot tables, & advanced formulas
• Experience within the Google Marketing Platform, specifically CM360
• Proficiency with YouTube and AI driven advertising within Google Ads
