Production Graphic Coordinator / Schduler Orca Printing 4190 East Shelby Drive, Memphis, TN 38118 Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Graphics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for opening customer files and preparing for print production-Sending proofs if required.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of graphic design principles, as well as experience in a sign or print environment. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that all graphic files are printed on the correct material with good color quality , correct sizing and packaging requirements meet the customers expectations. Responsibilities Open Emails and review customer files for fonts, sizing, shape . Utilize your skills and abilities to prepare for pirnt or send customer proofs as required. Ensure all graphics and postioned to maxiumize the material to produce a good yield. Be certain customer orders are entered correctly in our Production Software ( Monday), Design projects for customers as requested. Prepare Files for Copier Run Copier and do all finishing work needed to complete copy jobs as required. Experience Proven experience in graphic design. Print production experience a plus. Copy Experience a Plus Illustrator, In-Design, PNG, and other Production Programs required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members.
