The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, the ability to streamline processes, and the initiative to drive efficiencies across distribution center operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational & Process Support:
Develop, document, and optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve workflow efficiency.
Financial Analysis & Reporting:
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control analysis; provide insights on financial performance.
Project Management:
Lead and coordinate business-related projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic goals.
Data Management & Reporting:
Compile and analyze operational data to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Compliance & Auditing:
Ensure adherence to internal controls, safety regulations, and company policies.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Serve as a liaison between departments, assisting in cross-functional communication and project alignment.
Administrative Excellence:
Lead schedules, prepare reports, support leadership meetings, and handle ad hoc administrative tasks. Qualifications Requires higher education or specialized training/certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience 3+ years of relevant experience for entry to this level; 5+ years of administrative or operational support experience in a distribution, logistics, or supply chain setting is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to influence and collaborate across teams Ability to interpret financial data, create reports, and drive insights for decision making Experience in Lean Six Sigma, workflow optimization, or operational excellence methodologies is a plus Ability to prioritize multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment #LI-DT1 Additional Details This job has a full time weekly schedule.
