General Information:

The Surveillance Specialist will work in tandem with the compliance team and operations to monitor activities at various facilities. The Surveillance Specialist will be responsible for observing camera activity and ensuring facilities are adhering to schedules and capturing incidents as requested by leadership staff. The hours for this job are 10am-6pm.

Responsibilities:

-Surveillance of all facilities under the Wayne Halfway umbrella. (Florida, TN, SC)

• In collaboration with Compliance and Operational staff, monitor cameras to ensure facilities are adhering to schedules.
• Provide daily reports of any issues witnessed while watching cameras.
• Record incidents as directed by Compliance, Operations, or Facility Leadership.
• Monitor to ensure correct ratios are met within dorms or buildings.
• Monitor cameras to ensure direct care employees are fulfilling their duties.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting.
