We’re seeking a dynamic Scheduling Coordinator to expertly manage the daily logistics for our teams. In this pivotal role, you’ll optimize technician routes using mapping technology and scheduling software, ensuring efficient service delivery to our extensive customer base. $20 – $21 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM
education: High School Responsibilities In this position you will be responsible for: Develop and maintain daily schedules and routes for crews
Utilize advanced mapping and routing software to create the most efficient routes Proactively monitor and adjust schedules in real-time due to weather changes, staff availability, or urgent customer requests
Provide clear and timely communication of schedules and updates to field technicians and customer service representatives
Manage incoming customer scheduling inquiries and confirm upcoming service appointments
Track job progress and technician productivity throughout the day to ensure timely completion and adjust schedules as needed
Accurately maintain customer records and service history within our CRM and scheduling systems
Collaborate with operations managers to forecast workload and staffing needs for chemical and irrigation services
Handle incoming calls and address general customer inquiries and needs. • This position is 100% in office. No remote or hybrid opportunities. Skills
