Role:

. We are a small family run business; we schedule household and commercial moves for customers in the Nashville area. Our company operates out of a stand alone office on our property. There are only two of us who work in the office so once trained you will be working alone often, must be comfortable maintaining good work ethic without supervision. Must love dogs, they come to work with me.

Primary Responsibilities:

You are the voice of the company and first impression, primary job is to have excellent phone sales skills. Your responsibilities will be to schedule crews on jobs . Be the main point of contact for questions regarding job status, job duties, and delegating job responsibilities. Pay starts at $18hr with quick advancement to $19 once fully trained. Create and maintain the job calendar: Schedule jobs based on availability.

Job Qualifications:

Phone sales experience, efficient office operations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Punctual and professional, Scheduling. Experience with Microsoft office, excel, or any kind of moving logistical software is a plus but not required. A driver’s license would be advantageous!
