This position is responsible for maintaining parts master lists, assembling job estimates, managing tool purchasing and audits, and ensuring compliance with refrigerant inventory regulations. The role also includes coordinating vehicle maintenance, overseeing deliveries, and supporting overall purchasing functions to keep technicians equipped and operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Maintain parts master lists and forms for seasonal maintenance orders

• Assemble estimates and proposals based on tech provide information
• Purchase company provided tools and assign to techs
• Audit tool condition and replace as needed
• Order tools and materials to stock fleet vehicles
• Assist with Service fleet maintenance, tire changeout, and vehicle fill up
• Purchasing
• Purchase larger refrigerant orders
• Audit tech records for refrigerant inventory and staying up to date with new refrigerant rules and regulations
• Coordinate tool repairs and recertifications Coordinate deliveries to storage units and sites for PMs Qualifications & Competencies High School Diploma or equivalent required 1+ years in an administrative, dispatch, or customer service role Experience in HVACR or construction industry preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication Calm under pressure; able to multitask and prioritize effectively Customer-first mindset and positive attitude Strong attention to detail and follow-through Reliable, accountable, and a team player
