Scheduler 2.6 2.6 out of 5 stars 175 Hercules Drive, Colchester, VT 05446 Champlain Cable, a leader in high-performance wire and cable manufacturing , is searching for a Corporate Master Scheduler & Scheduling Manager to take our production planning to the next level. If you’re a strategic thinker with a passion for optimizing workflow, ensuring on-time delivery , and maximizing operational efficiency across multiple facilities, this is the opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement best-in-class scheduling practices to enhance workflow across all Champlain Cable facilities.
- Analyze capacity and demand to determine optimal facility utilization , ensuring customer commitments are met with precision.
- Drive scheduling accuracy , balancing efficiency with flexibility in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Collaborate with supply chain, planning, manufacturing, quality, and distribution teams to create a seamless production flow.
What You Bring:
- Proven expertise in operations, including supply chain, planning, manufacturing, quality, or distribution.
- Analytical mindset to make data-driven scheduling decisions.
- Strong leadership & collaboration skills to align teams and processes for maximum efficiency.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment— wire and cable experience a plus!
