Shipper Pay Grade 3
Basic Function :
Pick, pack, and ship all parcel items sold through the e-commerce sales channels. Pick, pack, and/or ship all items sold through the e-commerce sales channels Ability to maintain shipping goals assigned by management Be able to recognize errors and process accordingly; take a partner when necessary Maintain a clean and efficient workspace Work overtime as needed Must be able to work independently Other duties as assigned by management
Physical Requirements:
Repetitive moderate to heavy lifting is required, up to 100 lbs Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time Must be able to work in environments with varying degrees of temperature Some ladder or equipment use may be required

Educational Requirements:

Scheduled Hours:
40 hour week, 6:00am-2:30pm, Mon-Fri, mandatory overtime as needed Saturday overtime may be required as necessary.

Memorial Day, Labor Day, other Holidays as needed during the business week
