The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in outgoing shipments and that they are processed efficiently and accurately. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and the use of various equipment. Duties Load and unload trucks using forklifts or pallet jacks, ensuring safe handling of all materials. Perform order picking and packing for e-commerce shipments, ensuring accuracy in fulfilling customer orders. Utilize RF scanners to track inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records. Organize and maintain the shipping and receiving area to ensure a clean and efficient workspace. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow in the distribution center. Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed. Follow all safety protocols when operating equipment within the warehouse environment. Requirements Previous experience in a distribution center or similar warehouse setting is required. Proficient in using forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners. Familiarity with order fulfillment processes, including e-commerce operations. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods. Knowledge of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems is a plus. Must be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A valid forklift certification is preferred but not required; training may be provided. Reliable transportation.
