Summary We are seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our dynamic team at PCH Hotels and Resorts. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution processes, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional experiences to our guests. This position is essential for maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting our logistics operations. Responsibilities Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality. Manage inventory levels by accurately logging shipments into the warehouse management system. Prepare outgoing shipments by packaging items securely and labeling them correctly. Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely order fulfillment. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely for loading and unloading materials. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency. Assist with order picking as needed to support e-commerce operations. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus. Proven experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse operations preferred. Strong basic math skills for accurate inventory tracking. Familiarity with warehouse management systems is highly desirable. Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks; certification is a plus but not required. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
