At , we help our Customers create a healthier and safer world byproviding innovative healthcare and life science product andservice solutions around the globe. •Sign on Bonus Available•Position Summary The DC Fulfillment Technician is a functional rolethat includes distribution order picking, stocking, packaging, andother material handling and inventory control tasks to ensuretimely and accurate shipments are made to our customers usingvarious indicators or signals. To assure team continuity across allwarehouse operations, this position may also be required to learn,perform, and or be certified to assist within other areas ofWarehouse Operations including material & inventory, traffic, orothers as assigned. The role works collaboratively with keybusiness partners to ensure timeliness of execution, appropriatesafeguards to protect during transit, and or other. Interactingwith Customer Service, Purchasing, Planning, Operations andMaterial Control to identify and meet business requirements. Therole also works closely with these business partners to identifybest practices and address challenges timely and appropriately.
Duties Timely picking of required material using forklift and / orother material handling equipment Verification of items picked foraccuracy and condition Load and unload trucks as requiredInternational shipment coordination including commercial invoice,SLI, and other documents and or scheduling as required Packaging,palletization, and labeling for shipment including dangerous goods,international, and carrier paperwork and or labels – Certificationsprovided when needed Perform physical and ERP goods movementsProcess stock transfers and material requests Replenish productionareas and other areas as assigned Assist in troubleshooting issuesas they arise Assist leadership in the development of improvementstrategies and execution plans Follow all provided controlprocedures and policies to complete tasks Maintain and engage inpromotion of a safe work environment
Education:
High School Diplomaor GED Required Experience:
