2nd Shipping and Receiving 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars 4701 Asher Avenue, Little Rock, AR 72204 Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk with forklift operation experience. This role is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips. Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments according to company and carrier standards. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to load/unload trucks and move materials. Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS). Schedule and coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers. Report and document any shipment discrepancies or damages. Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations. Assist with inventory counts and audits as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ year of experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse operations. Valid forklift operator certification (or willingness to obtain). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods. Familiarity with inventory software and basic computer skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
