As part of our commitment to quality and efficiency, we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our warehouse and logistics team. Position Summary The Shipping Clerk is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments of raw materials, electronic components, and finished goods. This hands-on role includes verifying shipments, updating records in inventory systems, packaging orders, and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Also monitoring, verifying, and maintaining inventory accuracy across all storage and production areas will be expected to supports material traceability, counts, and reporting within our ERP system. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, safety-conscious, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against packing slips, and inspect for damage or discrepancies Accurately label and store incoming inventory in appropriate warehouse locations Prepare outbound shipments, including picking, packing, labelling, and arranging carriers Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records and of all shipping and receiving activity in ERP or inventory systems. Work with purchasing, team to ensure material flow supports manufacturing timelines Assist in periodic inventory counts, cycle counts, and general warehouse organization Perform daily inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, adjustments, and cycle counts Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, material shortages, or stock overages Assist in coordinating physical inventory counts and reconcile variances Support the flow of inventory from warehouse to QC & testing Generate inventory reports and support supply chain KPIs (turns, accuracy, shrinkage) Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment Qualifications Required 0-2 years of shipping/receiving or warehouse experience 0-2 years of experience in inventory control Ability to lift 40+ lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Basic computer skills (data entry, label printing, shipment tracking) Strong attention to detail and time management Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded Preferred Experience using ERP or inventory software. Knowledge of inventory control best practices, FIFO, and cycle counting Familiarity with packaging standards for electronics or fragile goods High school diploma or equivalent

Compensation & Benefits Hourly Rate:

$15.00 – $19.00/hour (based on experience)
