Shipping Associate Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipping Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of our shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our warehouse environment. Responsibilities Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently. Manage and control inventory levels. Perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy. Handle shipping and receiving tasks, including packaging and labeling. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse. Ensure all shipments are processed in a timely manner. Essential Skills Experience with shipping and receiving operations. Proficiency in picking and packing orders. Strong inventory control and cycle counting skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Why Work Here? Work Environment This role operates in a warehouse environment where attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential. The position may require standing for long periods and handling packages of various sizes. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rockledge, Florida. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $14.00 – $14.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
