This role plays a critical part in coordinating shipments, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting smooth warehouse and transportation operations. The ideal candidate will be bilingual, have experience in logistics or supply chain management, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Bilingual (English and Spanish) required Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; coursework or training in supply chain, operations, or logistics preferred Experience in inventory management or warehouse logistics Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word; experience with databases a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and administrative capabilities Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Customer service-oriented mindset Bilingual (English and Spanish) required Background in a regulated industry such as pharmaceuticals, engineering, or healthcare is a plus Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily shipments with brokers and transportation providers to ensure timely delivery Communicate closely with internal and external customers to align shipment pick-up schedules Prepare and generate accurate packing lists and shipping documentation in accordance with customer specifications Track shipments and resolve inventory or shipping discrepancies as needed Ensure compliance with quality standards and shipping requirements Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and support audits Collaborate with the logistics, sales, and manufacturing teams to fulfill orders correctly and efficiently Respond promptly to customer and internal inquiries, providing timely updates on shipment status Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor What We Offer A team-oriented work environment in a growing pharmaceutical company Opportunities for cross-departmental collaboration and skill development
