????Receiving & Inventory Associate ???? Sunrise, FL | ???? Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | ???? Contract-to-Hire Are you detail-oriented and organized with a knack for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? Join our team as a Receiving & Inventory Associate and play a vital role in supporting the production of life-saving medical devices. ????What You’ll Do Receive and inspect incoming packages from freight carriers. Match contents to packing slips and resolve discrepancies with suppliers. Process purchase order documentation and enter data into SAP. Assign lot numbers, label materials, and move them to proper storage. Support shipping by packing materials, verifying contents, and preparing waybills. Perform daily cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate shipments. Maintain compliance with GMP and quality system requirements. ????What You Bring Experience with ERP systems(SAP preferred) and warehouse data entry. Strong communication skills and proficiency in English (spoken and written). Familiarity with receiving and inventory processes. Comfortable using Outlook for email communication. Willingness to wear cleanroom PPE (hair nets, beard nets, gloves, etc.). ????Why Join Us?
