Property Manager Schedule:
Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm
Position Overview:
The Package Coordinator is responsible for receiving, registering, and checking out packages for the residents. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Registering packages Answer phone calls Receive packages and register them in the system. Maintains a safe and clean reception area. Handle inquiries from residents Generate a package report at the end of the shift.
Requirements:
HS Diploma is required Proficient with Microsoft MS programs; Word, Outlook, and Excel Strong verbal communication skills Must have strong time management skills and able to work well in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to lift to 30 lbs Bilingual a plus
