Shipping and Receiving Clerk 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars Jacksonville, FL Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods in and out of our facility, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have experience with MRP systems, e-commerce operations, and various warehouse equipment. Duties Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring all packages are accurately labeled and documented. Utilize RF scanners to track inventory levels and manage stock efficiently. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, reach trucks, and order pickers to facilitate the movement of goods. Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels and assist in order fulfillment. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of orders and adherence to shipping schedules. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency in the shipping area. Requirements Previous experience in shipping and receiving or related warehouse roles is preferred. Familiarity with MRP systems and e-commerce platforms is a plus. Ability to operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, reach trucks, and RF scanners. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds as needed. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
