Stand-Up Forklift r •Crown Aria Staffing Jacksonville, FL 32218 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various types of forklifts and other material handling equipment to efficiently move, locate, and transport products within the facility. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution center and requires a strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols. Duties Operate forklifts, cherry pickers, and cranes to move materials and products throughout the warehouse. Perform heavy lifting as required, ensuring proper lifting techniques are utilized. Assist with order picking and packing for shipping and receiving operations. Utilize RF scanners to track inventory levels and maintain accurate records of product movements. Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure safe operation and report any mechanical issues. Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized and efficient work environment. Follow all safety regulations and guidelines to minimize risks associated with material handling. Skills Proven experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues. Familiarity with order picking processes in a distribution center setting. Experience with RF scanners for inventory management is preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in shipping and receiving tasks. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
