We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Mailroom Clerk. You will manage daily operations including shipping, receiving, and coordinating with major carriers such as FedEx and UPS. Responsibilities also include inventory tracking and providing customer-facing support in a professional environment.

• Pay rate: $17.

69/hr – $22.28 /hr

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily mailroom operations, including sorting, shipping, and receiving
• Coordinate shipments with major carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS
• Track incoming and outgoing inventory using appropriate systems
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and shipments
• Provide professional, customer-facing support to internal staff and visitors
• Ensure timely and efficient mail distribution within the organization
• Adhere to company policies and safety procedures in handling mail and packages

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of mailroom or related experience
• Familiarity with shipping/receiving processes and major mail carriers
• Experience with inventory tracking systems (a plus)
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Basic technical aptitude and communication skills
• Ability to present to small groups and solve moderate-level problems Apply Now!
