Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage all shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and customs forms, ensuring full legal and regulatory compliance. Coordinate with logistics providers to schedule timely pickups and deliveries. Serve as a point of contact for customers, providing updates on order status and resolving shipping-related inquiries or concerns. Accurately enter and update shipping and inventory data into computer systems.
Requirements:
Available to work night shifts, Monday through Saturday. Must pass a drug screen and background check. Strong data entry skills and familiarity with basic computer systems. High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
