Fulfillment Associate 2.1 2.1 out of 5 stars 16240 Airport Park Drive, Fort Myers, FL 33913 Are you a tech-savvy individual with a knack for organization and problem-solving? We’re seeking a Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring our clients receive top-notch products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate inventory records, inspect incoming shipments, and conduct regular audits. Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders, meeting strict deadlines and quality standards. Configure laptops and computers to customer specifications, install operating systems and software, and perform thorough testing. Inspect and refurbish devices, ensuring they meet high-quality standards before shipment. Effectively communicate with team members and clients, providing timely updates and resolving issues. Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Computer skills and technical aptitude are a plus Strong organizational, communication and time management skills. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Reliable transportation
