Aviation//Aerospace-Shipping and Receiving Clerk/Receiving Inspector for Aerospace parts Vision Aerospace Inc Miami Lakes, FL 33014 Overview Vision Aerospace Inc is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping and Receiving Clerk/Inspector to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods in and out of our facility, ensuring that all shipments are processed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong basic math skills, experience with inventory management systems, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy in all shipping and receiving tasks. Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders and packing slips. Inspect packages for damage and report discrepancies to management. Utilize our internal system to track inventory and manage stock levels effectively. Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other material handling equipment. Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling products according to company standards. Maintain accurate records of all shipping and receiving activities in the system. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and efficient warehouse operations. Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation as needed. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus. Proven experience in a shipping/receiving role within an aerospace environment. Proficient in basic math skills for accurate inventory management. Familiarity with order picking processes and package handling techniques. Experience operating forklifts; certification preferred but not required (training may be provided). Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
