Full Job Description Summary:
Responsible for mainline processing, photography, item lister training, metrics, and quality.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for items accepted and rejected from various locations using equipment such as carts and totes. Some lifting will be required Ensure quality listings of widgets are accepted and posted Reviewing photography photos listed and taking any corrective action to ensure quality photography Analyze daily listed postings for each lister and take any corrective action in real time. Oversee Customer Service Tickets and ensure all employees are answering in an acceptable manner Supervise all item listers, ensuring a minimum of between 100-120 listing items per lister daily Supervise all photographers to ensure a minimum of between 100-120 listing items per photographer daily Look after items processed, ensuring a minimum of between 300-400 processed items per processor All other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
It requires the ability to read and write in English and perform basic calculations and enough primary education to understand and follow standard practices and instructions. This level of knowledge is usually high school or equivalent.
Qualifications:
Must be able to lift over 25 pounds, bend over, and move materials as required. (In some instances, you may carry up to 50 lbs.) Must have basic computer skills, be task-oriented, and be a highly accountable/dependable individual.
