This role requires a blend of technical skill, product knowledge, and customer service to support both internal operations and customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:

Color Matching & Sample Preparation. Learn and operate software for processing and managing orders. Coordinate logistics for timely and accurate order fulfillment. Provide inside sales assistance ensuring customer satisfaction. Offer product recommendations tailored to customer needs. Assist with inventory control, including receiving, stocking, and tracking paint and coating supplies. Ensure the paint department is clean, organized, and compliant with SOL (Standard Operating Level) procedures and safety standards.

Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of paint mixing, color theory, or coatings preferred. Experience in retail, sales, or inventory management is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control. Ability to learn and use specialized software systems. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.
