Job Description
Receiving Clerk for Luxury Residential 3.2 3.2 out of 5 stars Miami, FL 33137 This position assumes responsibility for the receiving area and freight elevator; maintains area safety, orderliness and cleanliness; verifies licenses, insurances, and permits of all service providers and contractors through the management office; enforces parking regulations; enforces rules and regulations of the Association. Good communication and customer service skills. Ensures that the receiving area office is never left unattended/unlocked. Never permits the receiving area to be blocked. Schedules freight elevator for residents moving in and out advance adhering to Association Policy. Registers all delivers and packages (i.e. Fed Ex, UPS, DHL, registered mail). Reports all problems to the supervisor, including problems outside of scope of responsibility. Issues parking passes to all approved vehicles. Registers and distributes ID passes to all contractors. Monitors the coming and going of service contractors and building repair and maintenance contractors through logs. Completes required reports. Ensures all safety precautions are followed while performing work. Maintains a safe work area. Other duties as required.
