Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:00

PM Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Specialist to support our data shipping operations. In this role, you’ll assist with verifying incoming and outgoing shipments, process shipping/receiving documentation, and manage packaging tasks. You’ll also help maintain inventory of supplies and ensure timely, accurate order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

Verify identification and inspect for damage on all incoming and outgoing shipments Process and maintain accurate shipping/receiving documentation Prepare items for shipment, including packaging and labeling Scan and match paperwork with corresponding orders Stage orders in appropriate zones for final packing Maintain inventory of shipping supplies

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs Must wear steel-toe safety shoes (not provided) This is a physically active role requiring standing throughout the shift
