DESCRIPTION
Join us as a Shipping/Receiving Specialist (Data Shipping) , assisting with the accurate verification, packaging, and processing of incoming and outgoing shipments. You will play a key role in maintaining supply inventories, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring data integrity throughout shipping activities. This is a full-time onsite role where attention to detail, reliability, and warehouse experience are essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Verify identification and inspect shipments for damages. Accurately process shipping and receiving documentation. Package shipments according to established procedures. Maintain inventory of shipping and receiving supplies. Prepare orders for shipping using computer systems and data logging tools. Perform warehouse functions including scanning, picking, pulling, and stocking. Adhere to all safety regulations and operational guidelines. Support warehouse organization and inventory control efforts.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous warehouse experience including scanning and picking. Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds. Must be able to stand for extended periods. Ability to wear required safety equipment including steel-toe shoes (not provided). Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation. Must be a U.S. Person for purposes of Export Compliance. Full-time onsite availability, Monday through Friday. Open to overtime as needed based on departmental demands.
