Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Shipping & Receiving / Warehouse Associate to support operations in a busy warehouse setting. This role involves handling inventory, verifying shipments, preparing orders for delivery, and ensuring items are stored and documented accurately. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong attention to detail, capable of lifting materials and standing for long periods.

Key Responsibilities:

Move inventory using pallet jacks and utility carts. Check incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage. Process shipping and receiving documentation. Package and prepare items for shipment. Replenish shipping and receiving supplies. Use scanners and laptops to identify, sort, and place parts in designated bins. Conduct cycle counts and assist with order picking. Match paperwork with shipments and prep for billing. Support team goals and other assigned tasks as needed.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or

GED. 0-2

years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred. Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods. Familiarity with material handling tools (e.g., pallet jacks). Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office. Ability to follow instructions and work safely. Steel-toe shoes required (not provided). Effective communication in English (verbal and written).
