Warehouse Receiver Position Available In Miami-Dade, Florida

• This hourly non-exempt position reports to the Warehouse Manager.

The primary function of this position is to maintain the DataStream system to manage parts inventory, and as required, perform duties related to ordering, receiving, shipping and distribution of parts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform cyclical physical inventory and verify stock counts against computer records.
• Utilize DataStream system to manage auto re-order of warehouse minimum and maximum stock levels.
• When directed, assist in the creation of purchase requisitions.
• Verify parts received against purchase orders or packing list, reconcile differences.
• Assist in shipping and receiving for departments as needed.
• Process all Data Stream transactions for the creation of new part numbers.
• Process all receiving transactions or any other transactions as directed.
• Expedite processing of issue transactions and charge parts to proper cost centers.
• Maintain stock/parts area in organized and safe manner. Includes cleaning and stocking.
• Safe loading and unloading of incoming/outgoing shipments.
• Follow all safety procedures and policies as required.
• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years job-related prior experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Good math and computer skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Data-Stream knowledge highly desirable.
• Organized, accurate and pays attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must possess a professional communication style and team player.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) highly desirable.

• The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
