JOB SUMMARY:

The

SHIPPING CLERK

packages orders for shipping, pulls orders from stock, expedites orders and processes packages.

Pay Rate:

$17.50 per hour

Shift:

M-F 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Verify part numbers are correct and correct literature is inserted into package. Match parts to work orders and pull orders from finished goods. Pack and store finished goods, rotating stock according to date code. Process package in appropriate computer. Expedite orders. Pack boxes. Log finished goods in and out of stock. Complete any necessary shipping reports. Ability to read, write, and understand English Language. Keep a clean and safe work environment according to company/safety rules.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

May be required to work overtime. Staple loctite packets to notice. Assemble humeral slings. Assemble Newport application instructions. Package dual arm slings. Will cross train in other departments to help out as needed. Performs other duties as assigned.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma. Stockroom experience highly desirable. Computer Data Entry experience desirable. Ability to read mechanical engineering drawings desirable. Forklift certified, Forklift experience.
